Classes are scheduled on Friday and Saturdays at 6pm during the summer. Book now for a memorable experience for yourself, and friends and family too. Learn the art of chocolate truffle making!
For 45 minutes to an hour, you'll have your hands covered in chocolate greatness (gloves provided.)
Here's what to expect:
YOU’LL RECEIVE… a brief lesson in chocolate making by owner and head chocolatier, Peter.
YOU’LL RECEIVE… pre-measured ingredients to make your batch of chocolate ganache.
YOU’LL RECEIVE… the tools to shape your truffles and finish with toppings and decorations.
EVERYONE goes home with the box of truffles they made in class, plus extra ganache to make even more at home. Class sizes are 4 to 14 people, ages 10 and up. BYOW with purchase of a glass to use and keep.
